smartShift Technologies, a company specializing in enterprise SAP and Cloud computing solutions, asked us to create user experience designs for a client-side SaaS platform.

The goal was to create a read-only, intuitive interface for SLA monitoring for C-level client side and internal stakeholders.


We worked directly with the C-level management and programming team in determining the strategy for feature prioritization and build phases timeline. The initial version was to be read-only, with the second build introducing administrator functions.

The management team expressed a focus on simplicity for client C-level executives and accountants using the platform. Reporting at a high-level, not engaging the nitty-gritty technical side.

The design concept focused on a dashboard peering into core SLA and monitoring metrics that led into more granular detail and tie-in to the the ticketing and support center.
